Workshop – knowledge in motion2019-02-10T19:16:10+01:00

We stay up to date with the latest researches and information by not only following, but being in exchange with leading therapists, physicians and coaches. In our workshops we teach the essential basic knowledge of functional movement and how to implement what you have learned into your life, work and sports. From sitting to standing, from standing to running, jumping and sprinting – benefit from optimal movement.

Everything starts within your brain, more precisely, the Central Nervous System, the control center of each and every action you take. This is where decisions on posture, bad habits, the way we move as well as the level of well-being and work capacity are being made. The educative workshop series Fit@Work L1 & L2 provide you with know-how necessary to understand the basics of your health’s and body’s care and maintenance.
