That’s how many would think or rather feel about it. Still, every fourth German is participating in running competitions – who or what is going wrong here?

Running, the by far highest form of human locomotion – a skill that needs to be earned and mastered. To us running is energetic, being free, fun, adrenalin, powerful, healthy and relaxing with no age limit whatsoever. By merging our individual knowledge in physical therapy, sports science and nutrition science, we are going to guide you along the way – from learning the ideal running technique, mastering the proper regeneration, to maintaining great health. Since 2010 barefoot sports, especially barefoot running has become more popular than ever before, quite rightly. Every movement that allows the foot to move completely freely without restricted shoe wear is considered best when biomechanics and proprioception is regarded. Wait, in any terrain, on any ground? Absolutely, partnering with  Merrell  allows us to keep the advantage of being barefoot while wearing shoes that properly protects the sole. In June 2019 we successfully initiated our first Barefoot Running seminar and developed one in cooperation with Merrell that helps everyone find access to proper running.
